Notice: By allowing a remote access session with STA staff you hereby
confirm your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of this
agreement/disclaimer/liability exclusion statement and start the
download of the remote support software. If the user allows remote support,
it is intended to be the legal equivalent of the user’s signature on a
written document and equally binding. The user will be given remote
support only by accepting this remote support agreement/disclaimer.
Liability exclusion statement regarding the use of remote support STA
does not accept any liability for any installed programs on your
computer, including any computer protection (firewall or virus scanner).
Data security is the sole responsibility of the customer. Liability is
restricted to intent and gross negligence.
STA accepts no
liability for faults for which is it not responsible, even if they occur
around the time when the support is provided. Further, STA is only fully
tested and supported on Windows 10, Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome and
on systems where no other DICOM/RIS/PACS related software installed. If your
computer does not meet our software/hardware specifications or has third party
DICOM/RIS/PACS software, we cannot guarantee the sepStream® software
will work as expected and demonstrated. User assumes full liability and
responsibility of computers/devices that do not meet hardware/software

during our business hours subject to prior arrangement by ticket or
telephone with our support staff.
Privacy: The user or may be
provided access to information which in some cases might include
individually identifiable health information, which is considered
private, privileged and confidential. Such information is deemed to be
Covered Information for purposes of the Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), P.L. 104-191. The user is required
to maintain the private, privileged and confidential status of the
Covered Information. The user is prohibited from further using or
disclosing the Covered Information for any purpose other than the
purpose for which access is granted.
Please Note: The advisor
cannot access your PC without your express consent. The advisor
cannot collaborate with you without your express consent. The advisor
will not make any changes that will affect third party software. No
third-party programs will be installed on your PC unless you give your
consent. It is not possible for data to be removed from your PC
unnoticed and without authorization. You can end the shared session
at any time.
